1. If the student cancels their program between 4 and 6 weeks before the start date, a 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% will be retained for administrative fees.

2. Cancellations between 4 and 3 weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations between 3 weeks in advance and less will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Date Changes: Changes to course dates are permitted with at least 21 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Changes with 14 days’ notice or less are not permitted.
